2.How long can I receive my order?
Singapore Post and SF eParcel usually takes 15-60 days and even longer like 90 days for some remote countries such as Brazil, Chile, Syria. Please be patient to wait for your order. If you want to get the parcel soon, you can choose TMS, DHL, UPS, or other express service, but please contact with us to add extra shipping cost for quick delivery.
3.Do buyers need to pay customs tax?
Buyers are responsible for (in case) all tax or VAT under any circumstances.
4.Can I change the name / address / color for my order?
Please send us the right name / address / color. But we do not offer this service during all the Aliexpress Big Promotion. Please double check your orders information before complete the payment.
5.About sign of the parcel:
Please open the parcel in post officer’s presence, if the parcel damaged or empty(stolen), please ask the post office to provide official document and make the compliant on the spot.
