How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

Пришел быстро. Упаковка без повреждений. Корпус в отличном состоянии. Зарядки на 71%. Шнур все-таки коротковат, для зарядки телефона пойдет, но сам Power bank (с высокими розетками) сложновато заряжать. Пока работает хорошо (на 10% за 10 минут самсунг поднял). Дальше видно будет. Пока что всем довольна.

Заказа товар товар 17 июня, получил 27 июля. Упаковка целая сам Повер банк в картоной упаковке. Включил работает, показывает 75% заряда. Подключил смартфон пошла зарядка. В комплекте шнур USB – MicroUSB правда не длинный, но для зарядки пойдет. В работе не пробовал.

Пришел в Киров за несколько дней, все отлично. У коллеги такой же уже более года без проблем. Напомню, 10000 mAh – это для тока 3,7 в. Это написано и у продавца в описании, и на самом приборе. Это штатный вольтаж для встроенных акб. Ну а в пересчете на 5 в – значительно меньше. Сам не проверял, но по отзывам это 6-7 тыщ mAh. На 2 разъема выхода подаются разные токи: один 1А, второй 2,1А, они подписаны. Заряжать сам банк разрешено токами до 2А. Хлябает кнопка, но на работу это никак не влияет, ее просто слышно, если потрясти). Отличная штука, рекомендую!

использую несколько дней аккумулятор на 4000 зарядил до 100% заряд банки остался 39%. возможно не до конца power bank впитал заряд. попробую несколько раз разрядить и зарядить думаю будет лучше. продавец отправил сразу. очень красивый и стильный. рекомендую к покупке
